Private Residence, Garden District New Orleans
This project was a unique and rare opportunity to build a custom new construction home in the historic Garden District. Two central axes in the barrel vaulted corridors divide the homes first floor living spaces and create a grand stair hall at the garden side of the home, flooded with natural light. Meticulously detailed, the home provides all the grandness and style of Garden District living with every possible modern convenience. The garage and cabana have twin facades that flank both ends of the pool and add privacy to the lush landscaping.
